  1. The latest update has change the amount of invoices on view when you go to the billing tab. You only see the last three invoices and need to scroll down to see any more. Before the last update you could see about 8 or more not sure why this has changed.
    Would like it put back, please.

  2. Partnerships - Foreign Tax on Foreign Dividends - the income pulls onto the individual partners returns but the FTC does not, it then has to be added manually to the individuals return. This really should be pulling through

  3. If using the save-as function to create a new document, the document ID does not dynamically update to the document id of the new document (currently it keeps the existing docuemnt id). Please would you make this function dynamic so it doesn't have to be manually updated. Thank you

  4. Since 2019.1 update, expenses and timesheets to approve are 2 different options. Previously they were available as 1 selection. Can an option be added to show both at the same time.

  6. It would be helpful if rather than notifying the partner it notified another member of the team, generally it is only managers and team members who are concerned in the workflow being updated and moving work forward rather than the partner.

  7. Currently the dividend minutes and vouchers have to be downloaded then manually uploaded into document centre.

    Would be better to be able to save the files directly to document centre like say CCH accounts production can already.

  8. Currently the Step Type 'Workflow Launcher' is not available within Assignment driven Workflows, It is available in every other type of workflow except Assignment and Practice Managerment. By enabling another workflow to be launched within Assignment Workflows, this can improve communcation and interaction between departments and help with a smoother running of a practice.

  10. I think it would be useful if, when filing an email or document, you could also update your time sheet at the same time so that the same description can be pulled through on both.

    As is stands we are duplicating time on these tasks.

Anyone else find it totally infuriating that if you go to file accounts at companies house and they fail because you have used the wrong authentication code, that - 1. you have to log right out of CCH entirely and then log back in to try again otherowise it uses the same incorrect code - and 2. that in the second year of filing you have to put the darn code in again - it doesnt retain the codes you enter? what a waste of my time!!! this needs sorting - along with the issue of the Filer showing that…

  12. Could consideration please be given to not have the “delete” and “split” options below each other on the right click option menu? Users have reported that they find it quite easy to delete when they meant to split a document. Maybe the “delete” option could be moved to the top?

  14. We should be able to add a misc charge and estimate to complete on the same bill when using the repeat billing facillity.

  16. We are producing documentation that is leaving the company, being processed by clients and then returned. Can standard reports be bar coded, so when they are returned to the organisation, our scanning solution can recognise what the document is and file accordingly. Massive scope for time savings on this request.

  18. If a document is uneditable, you are uable to edit / use any properties, when the ability to view the Audit trail and Versioning (permissions permitting) would be extremely useful.

  19. Can we have an extra field for cash book payments? At the moment all payments have the same narrative as what is typed in the description box but if you are wanting to split the payment to different nominals, it would be good to have an extra field so each transaction has more detail.

  20. The "Activate Working Papers WP" Icon should be a tasked permission and not availabler to everyone to activate as once it is activated, it cannot be reversed.
