How can we improve CCH Central Suite?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Capital Allowances - Fixed asset additions

    Currently it seems you can only import three fields: Description, Date and Cost into the Additions section. However you then have to manually update all the other mandatory fields. Facility to include the extra mandatory fields?

  2. Life insurance gains by companies with tax credits

    We are seeing more companies with investment life insurance contracts that make gains that have to be accounted for as non-trade loan relationships. Where there is a notional tax credit we have to manually gross the gain up and there is nowhere in the software to enter the tax which goes on box 555 on the CT600. Can this be added please?

  3. Working Notes (like in Personal Tax)

    Could we have a "Working Notes" Area like we do in Personal Tax for users to enter notes alongside the data entry - file notes only, not to appear on the comp.

  4. Filing Accounts at Companies House

    Anyone else find it totally infuriating that if you go to file accounts at companies house and they fail because you have used the wrong authentication code, that - 1. you have to log right out of CCH entirely and then log back in to try again otherowise it uses the same incorrect code - and 2. that in the second year of filing you have to put the darn code in again - it doesnt retain the codes you enter? what a waste of my time!!! this needs sorting - along with the issue of the Filer showing that…

  5. Company Authentication code

    Company Authentication code - Is there any way you guys can include a new field in database where we can enter company authentication code so it makes easy for all of us while entering master data all the information is there.
