  1. Would it be possible to have the option to turn off the duplication of receipt number check when uploading cash transactions or making transfers ? Our team are currently experiencing the below issue:

    1. When posting, using the CSV spreadsheet to CCH, any 2 receipts with similar references and similar amount
      Gets confused by CCH and will only post one of the receipts and then come up with an error message of
      Duplicate posting.

    2. If you then try to post the other receipts separately, with the same reference, it won’t let you. Even when you
      Alter the reference slightly it won’t…

  2. We would like the ability to assign a Task to more than 1 employee. Currently only 1 employee can be assigned a task but can we have the possibility to add more than 1 person?

  3. OneClick Activation Status Icon Colours - On "Find Contacts/Clients" icon is either Green for Activated or Grey for not activated. However within the Client the Icon is always green if they have been invited, whether that is activated or pending. Also when you close a client OneClick has to be either suspended or deleted but on the search Contacts/clients the icon is still Green. Status would be easier/clearer to see if had Activated, Pending, Suspended or Closed colours.

  4. Would you like Wolters Kluwer to look at integrating CCH Central and/or CCH iFirm into Microsoft 365 so you can send documents directly to OneDrive and use that as a preferred document storage solution

  5. It's common now to be able to select 'prefer not to say' or have an 'other' option. Even just being able to leave it blank would help. We don't want to put a client off by not being inclusive.

  6. On closure of a Client it currently overwrites the date on already closed assignments. When closing a client simply add the date of closure to any open assignments.

  7. The boxes displaying client assignments on the "Enter WIP Journals" screen are, for many clients, too small to show anything but the client name repeatedly. They cannot be resized and support can offer no workaround, making it impossible to select the correct assignments. The client name is already shown in the box above anyway so doesn't need to be displayed again. This is a bug fix request rather than an enhancement but support directed me here. Please can you give me a timescale for the resolution of this issue?

  8. Every year, we need to update our client allocations (for promotions, loss of staff, general reshuffle).
    It would be helpful if we could export our current client allocation to excel, make the tweaks, then import it back.
    It needs to go to excel to give an overview of each individuals' allocation. I imagine it would be an easy fix as the 'Partnership Statement Import/Export' function could be copied.

  9. When viewing the job management screen, within the 'assigned to' column, you can right click and remove all, which removes all the people within the assigned to column. If the individual didn't have their screen filtered to their jobs, they can remove the assignee from every job within the business.
    This function is far too easy for someone to use, there should be more control in place.
    Either:
    1. Have an 'Are you sure' type yes/no box pop up when you click it.
    2. Include it within the task permissions so we can limit who has the permissions to use…

  11. We had two partners retire - their clients needed to moved over to new partners on 1/5/2024. So the end date for the previous partner was 30/4/2024

    ERROR WITH END DATE
    Firstly, on the 30 April the clients showed on neither partner list so we could not extract the report data we needed. The date the partner ended doesn't seem to include the end date and you are unable to use the same end and start date. This meant for a day our clients were not allocated to any partner.

  12. In the default tab of existing client there is a delivery option for invoices and statements to be sent by email or post with the default being post.

    On initial setup of a client in step 7 of 8 there is no option to choose the default delivery meaning all clients get set to post it would be better if the option was available as this turns out to be a costly exercise until someone goes into clients separately to alter the default

  14. Will the CCH email filing ADD-INS be made available in "New Outlook" which is web based. Various articles I've read state Microsoft is not planning to support COM ADD-INS, and encourages developers to switch over to Web Add-in based on OfficeJS.

  16. We would like to be able to report our employees' department list when more than one in the primary record for GDPR purposes. We set up various departments to restrict employees' access under GDPR rules 3 years ago, however we are unable to pull a report showing all the departments listed under each employee's records. Currently the report is only showing us the first line which is the 'primary' ticked department and not the others.

  17. It would be really useful if you could add the "high importance" icon that shows when tasks are created added to the field chooser so we can tell when something is urgent.

  18. Can we have configuration keys to enable extra fields to be visible for field chooser in these 2 areas too:
    - Contacts (find contact screen) like we have for clients
    - Jobs (job management) like we have for workflows

  20. Filter workflows against assignment team.

    When on the home screen, you are able to filter the workflow list based on the team that the client is assigned to, but we would like to be able to filter against the team that the assignment that the workflow is attached to. The reason for this is, it is not always the team that the client is assigned to that is doing the job.
