Display most recent linked email only
Would it be possible to only display the most recent linked email in the main search results rather than every one? The previous emails can be seen by clicking on the link number in any case.

SAVING ATTACHMENTS DOWN FROM PREVIOUSLY SAVED EMAILS
Can we please have the ability to save attachments straight into Document Management when we open up an email within CCH. If the original user does not saved them down/the emails are automatically saved down it is a very long process to save it down separately

Warning to restrict Foreign Tax deducted to Double Taxation Treaty amount
I understand that it is not possible for you to restrict foreign tax according to the Double Taxation Treaties. However, a warning to remind us to check if a restriction is necessary would be helpful.

Add inactive option to internal partner list to remove ex-partners
Ex-partners still appear in drop down searches even though the linked employee record is inactive. Having an inactive option in the Internal > Partners area would allow you to stop this.

Associated contact details of open clients
Contact details of associated open clients - when attempting to run a report of email addresses of contacts associated with a client I can get everything I need but unable to filter out associated contacts of open clients. This would be really useful for producing a mailing list for e-newsletters where we act for a company but not a director (we would stil want the director to receive the newsletter). Equally, the company's financial coltroller etc etc who is associated should receive.

Extra Field Groups in Database Fields
When you create a template in CCH which has database fields you are also able to see extra fields in this list.
If you put your extra fields in groups they no longer appear.
We would like all extra fields in all groups to be added to the database field drop down4 votes -

We would like to have a report where it shows all Employees and what Security Group they fall under

I NEED YOUR SUPPORT AND VOTES TO MAKE DM MORE PRACTICAL!!!
Currently when an email is received from a client by user1 who file the email in DM and then forward the same email to use2 (without making any changes), the email is filed again automatically. If user2 then forward it to user3 to action, this email is filed again. User3 will respond to the same email to user2 who will then respond to user1 once the work have been completed. Team responsibility at client or assignment level
When we create assignments the assignment partner and assignment manager are immediately populated at assignment level. This over rides the assignment manager visible on the find client screen which has been entered under team responsibility which is where we enter the user roles. Can we have the ability to either switch off certain user roles or the pre-population at assignment levels be stopped or be able to specify if we want user roles to be set at either at client responsibility level or assignment level.

30-day matching
Certain entities, such as offshore trusts, do not use the 30-day matching rule. It would be good to select to turn this off on certain dividend and CGT lists.

Microsoft Power Platform Connector
CCH product Team it would be good to see a CCH Connector in to Microsoft Power Platform i.e. Microsoft Power Automate or Microsoft Power BI or even Microsoft Power Virtual Agent that would allow Microsoft to connect CCH Central.
For example several client onboarding tasks should be able to be completed by using a flow from Microsoft Dynamics in to CCH Central.

Exclude Closed Clients on Email filing
When filing emails it brings up all contacts when searching but doesnt have the option to 'exclude closed' - could this be added as it would save having to trawl through lots of 'smiths'!

Assignment Frequency & Algorithm
Currently, the 'weekly' algorithm only allows you to choose Wk1 / Wk2 ... Wk 50 / Wk 52 etc. It would be more helpful if the algorithm could relate to a particular date e.g. 'week-ending' 4-Apr and it then repeated weekly by date moving forward.

Support Microsoft 365 AutoSave functionality
Something that will prevent a lot of headache for your clients going forward! AutoSave will be enabled by default for a lot of people when migrating to new versions of Office, currently trying to upload or checkin when AutoSave is enabled does nothing.

Ability to add custom algorithms or Ability to overtype standard job names
As we use some customised job names we can't use the Roll Forward facility because you can't customise the algorithm. This would be useful in both saving time for regular jobs (ie monthly roll forward) and would ensure that the same format is being used by all staff

Billing explanation
It would be useful to be able to enter a billing explanation during the billing wizard rather than having to exit and edit the bill amounts again to access the feature.

Extra fields for contacts (like clients) and jobs (like workflow)
Can we have configuration keys to enable extra fields to be visible for field chooser in these 2 areas too:
- Contacts (find contact screen) like we have for clients

Set WIP limits
We would like to be able to set WIP limits for certain clients. This would then flag up when that certain limit has been reached.

New task permission for staff to re-open an assignment that's "on hold"
We need to restrict staff from opening up assignments that have been placed on hold. There is currently no permission on this so we cannot restrict it. Please create a new permission, similar to the one that allows staff to re-open closed assignments. Alternatively could you let admins have the ability to create permissions for their practice.
