Welcome to the Feedback Forum for the CCH Central Suite of products. This area is for you to have your say on product enhancements or improvements that you’d like to see in future releases of the software. How can we improve CCH Central Suite?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Company Authentication code

    Company Authentication code - Is there any way you guys can include a new field in database where we can enter company authentication code so it makes easy for all of us while entering master data all the information is there.

  2. Partnership/LLP/Trust reporting

    The ability to run reports against partnerships/LLP's is severely restricted as the content to report on is just not available.
    If there is an entry that can be made on a Tax Return (or anywhere in Central!) then there is a database netry and we should be able to report on it. This is just not the case and has not been for a number of years.

  3. Add Workflow Current Step

    Carpenter Box - Add Workflow's Current Step field to the DCs' field chooser.

    Where a document belongs to a workflow include the workflow Current Step value, where not leave the field blank

  4. Enable Excel Templates to have look up Data Lists

    This isn't an idea, it's a bug that needs fixing. When you have an excel template with a Data List which uses a look up to give people options, it works fine when you add it to the Maintenance section and when you edit it within the "Add Template" screen. However, as soon as it is added as a template to a Client Document folder all of the data lists disappear, even though the Lookups are still there.
