  1. We would like the option for all employees to appear in 'Employee Details' Smart Reports whether they've got an end date or not in their record. Further if an employee does have an end date on their account we'd want to also see that data on the report.

  2. We have had workflows terminate due to either an error on the database or with the steps on the workflow. What would be helpful is if a warning or notification box came up when a workflow terminated itself. Currently it just appears as if the task has completed and if the next step isn't assigned to the person completing the task on which it terminated then it isn't always obvious this is what has happened so could be missed.

  3. We use Assignments, Workflows, Jobs, Unfortunately we cannot add a "Job" column and therefore although you have the workflow name you cannot tell which job it relates to.

  4. When creating a PDF from a word document stored in the document centre the only option we have is to choose where this document is saved. It would be useful to have the option to give this PDF file a name or for it to at least retain the name of the document converting from. Upon creation of a PDF it then resets all of the search parameters in document centre, which means having to do the search again to locate the PDF created and to rename it, could it not retain the current search parameters?

  5. When an assignment is closed you are then no longer able to search for it in the clients document centre.
    It would be good to be able to search for any assignment type in the document centre regardless of the status

  7. There is no way to include a document password in the document properties. When you create an extra field for a password this means that there is only one password whereas incoming documents could have a different password from outgoing documents. If there was the ability to enter the password in the properties section of the document then passwords could be document specific

  8. We would like the default delivery options - both for VAT invoices/bills and statements to be Email. Currently 'Post' is the default for all new clients - can we have a new config key so we can choose which option best suits our practice?

  9. When creating a client the default status is 'full'. We would like this to be draft, or at least the option of selecting one or the other.

    Sometimes full clients are created when they should be draft, meaning that time can be posted to them when potentially they are still at the engagement stage.

  10. Different lists in Central refer to Partner differently. In find client screen it is Partner, where as in Workflow it is Client partner. These should be consistent throughout the CCH suite.

  11. We have been comparing figures from Acs Production against the existing MTD reports and the Other Income figure under TXOTHBUSINC is not reportable within the Personal Tax options within Reporting. It would be very useful to have this added. Thanks

  13. Add the expand and collapse option to the "Associated" tab by the relationship in the same way that you can in the "Extra" tab and "Document Centre". This would mean you could view a list of just the directors for example.

  17. Since this update an extra fields warning pops up every time you file a document in CCH and change the Type - the pop up says "Type selection has changed the Extra Fields". I have been told that this is a new feature from the update that cannot just be switched off. If people are filing numerous emails and documents each day this pop up is going to (a) be very annoying and (b) cause extra time to file anything which adds up - its not acceptable that this cant be switched off. Please change this.

  18. Prior to the new customer community being launched it was far easier to log calls and view the support area. I don't understand why I have to keep finding and adding a customer support username & password every time I want to use this, particularly when I am clicking on a link within central. We never used to have to. Why doesn't central identify me as a valid user without the need to keep adding a password - I have already used various passwords to use CCH.

    We are working on how we can resolve this to make it a more seamless log in experience.

    For now you can you use your browser to remember your log in and password credentials to enable a more seamless experience.

  19. When you create a template in CCH which has database fields you are also able to see extra fields in this list.
    If you put your extra fields in groups they no longer appear.
    We would like all extra fields in all groups to be added to the database field drop down

  20. It would be better where the SA302 shows a tax refund for that figure to be in brackets to distinguish it from tax underpaid and to match the format of the figure for total tax due at the end of the document
