Client To Do Tab & Tasks & Appointment Tab have Job Column
We use Assignments, Workflows, Jobs, Unfortunately we cannot add a "Job" column and therefore although you have the workflow name you cannot tell which job it relates to.

The fields under the Trust and estates tab such as dated created, date wound up should be an available field for reporting on.

In testing when configuring a windows user profile to redirect the Documents folder to OneDrive this will result in errors and the inability to check out/open documents from within AA.
Adding support for OneDrive redirected profiles would be very useful

Password protection
There is no way to include a document password in the document properties. When you create an extra field for a password this means that there is only one password whereas incoming documents could have a different password from outgoing documents. If there was the ability to enter the password in the properties section of the document then passwords could be document specific

Add reg no to find clients tab
In the filed chooser on the find client tab, please add reg no. It takes too much time to have to open each client to verify the companies house number when I should just be able to look at in the find clients tab. The UTR is visible there, so I don't know why the reg no isn't..

A config key for default delivery options
We would like the default delivery options - both for VAT invoices/bills and statements to be Email. Currently 'Post' is the default for all new clients - can we have a new config key so we can choose which option best suits our practice?

Include middle name for document/email filing - more than one client with same name
We frequently get frustrated when filing bulk documents and emails when we encounter a name which is common to more than one client. Because we can only see the forename and surname, it isn't possible to know which one to file against. Is it possible for the pane to show middle names (obviously where available) as this would reduce the problem significantly.

Defaulting status to draft client when creating a client, rather than full.
When creating a client the default status is 'full'. We would like this to be draft, or at least the option of selecting one or the other.
Sometimes full clients are created when they should be draft, meaning that time can be posted to them when potentially they are still at the engagement stage.

Workflow terminating notification
We have had workflows terminate due to either an error on the database or with the steps on the workflow. What would be helpful is if a warning or notification box came up when a workflow terminated itself. Currently it just appears as if the task has completed and if the next step isn't assigned to the person completing the task on which it terminated then it isn't always obvious this is what has happened so could be missed.

Improve polling for accounts submitted to Companies House
We can see when accounts have been accepted by Companies House by checking Companies House, however CCH submissions database will still show as pending even if something has been submitted days/weeks ago. When you click on the blue pending hyperlink within the database it will then tell you it is accepted and change the blue pending hyperlink to 'Accepted'. When the database does it's polling can this field be updated so that it shows the correct position without having to manually update it.

Taking too long to pre-validate & submit
When trying to submit a return on the last day of the month it takes, in some cases, hours to pre-validate a return and then the same issue when trying to submit. Is there a way to speed this up?

Improve tagging when correcting tags in 1 set to avoid having to do the process twice
It is time consuming having to tag both the members set and the small companies filing set individually, especially when having to amend any tags. For example a common tagging error is when a note spans 2 pages (not sure why the software can't recognise this) so you have to delete, adjust and amend the tag in both sets doing it twice. It would be better if the software recognised any changes to tagging made in the members set and replicated these in the filing copy.

Lead schedules not pulling through as standard (debtors >1yr)
Lead schedules that aren’t standard not pulling through, how do you pull them into workpapers? For example, debtors due in more than one year we have also seen investments schedules not pulling though previously.
As a temporary solution we have to PDF the lead schedules from the financial statements section and upload this to work papers, but this defeats the object of the live lead schedules if the figures change.

Extra fields improvements
I think it would be useful if you could change the order of Extra field groups and extra fields within the groups, I also think it would be useful if we could have extra fields that we can assign based on the entity of the client rather than being forced to have the extra fields on all clients

Ability to group and therefore expand and collapse relationships on associated tab
Add the expand and collapse option to the "Associated" tab by the relationship in the same way that you can in the "Extra" tab and "Document Centre". This would mean you could view a list of just the directors for example.

Document sorting order by date and time
When sorting documents by date we have them sorted with the latest documents at the top of the search list. However we note that if there is more than 1 document that day it puts the document with the most recent timestamp at the bottom of that date list. If sorting by date order then could the time in which saved/modified/uploaded follow the same logic with the most recent at the top.

Workflows at Assignment Level
We appear to be running into an issue where the Workflows aren't showing a true reflection of ongoing work.
We have three offices (Ascot, Fleet and Putney)
If we have an Ascot Client but someone in Fleet is doing an assignment on it this will not show on the Fleet workflow, it only shows on the Ascot one.
This is because the workflow view is looking at the responsibility level instead of the assignment level.
We would like a separate workflow to look at the assignment level rather than the responsibility level.3 votes -
Extra Field Groups in Database Fields
When you create a template in CCH which has database fields you are also able to see extra fields in this list.
If you put your extra fields in groups they no longer appear.

Change SA302 format
It would be better to show tax refunds on the SA302 in brackets to distinguish it from tax underpaid which will then match the Total tax due at the end of the document
