Allow a change to workflow owner eg staff leave and have created workflow and some steps can default to the workflow owner

Saving into HR libraries
After spending half a day scanning HR documents in, I found out that you can't save them to the HR library. Could this be sorted please?

Bulk update assignment
This would be particularly useful where a mail merge has been done and the incorrect or no assignment has been selected at the time of creation rather than having to update each individual document

No exception report when deleting job
When deleting a job, if there is a document in the job it doesn't do anything...no exception report. I would expect some message saying why it didn't do anything instead of having us guess.

Address end date problem
When you apply an end date to an address for a client a box pops up asking iof you want to apply the same date to EVERY client that doesn't have an end.
This should be an admin function for when you move office and someting that is not availble to every user

Associated contact details of open clients
Contact details of associated open clients - when attempting to run a report of email addresses of contacts associated with a client I can get everything I need but unable to filter out associated contacts of open clients. This would be really useful for producing a mailing list for e-newsletters where we act for a company but not a director (we would stil want the director to receive the newsletter). Equally, the company's financial coltroller etc etc who is associated should receive.

Detail in statement
Include billing expanation in statement. Invoice date and number is included in the statement but there's no way to add any detail and the clients come back asking what each invoice relates to. As the billing explanation isn't an included field the only way to do this is generate statement in Word and then manually insert invoice detail for each entry

Historical timesheet changed by working hours amended
A staff members hours remained the same but the shift pattern changed, this has then amended the hours required on previous timesheets including already posted & submitted timesheets. Very messy for looking back at timesheets as the hours worked don't match the hours required.

Enable the use of PDFs in email mail merge
We quite often send out information to our clients using mail merge and would prefer to have the attachment as a PDF, for example, we are currently sending out weekly emails to keep our clients updated on the latest news. It would be really handy to be able to CC others into the email too.

Ability to edit an associated relationship
Having the ability to edit the type of relationship a record has with another record on the associated page.
For example: Some users have incorrectly set up a relationship, they have chosen 'has mailing contact' where as it should be 'is mailing contact'. Having the ability to edit this would be useful because when the associated record has one click access the relationship cannot be deleted.27 votesThanks for taking the time to add this to UserVoice.

Need ability to add extrafield variables eg Addressee and Clientcode to mail merge subject
The mail merge subject field is currently fixed text so we cannot customise for each client.

Upload to Multiple Codes Prevents Task
If a document is uploaded to multiple client codes and then a task is created, the task does not show up on task lists, only on the documents inbox.
Tasks only show up on the task lists if a document is uploaded to one code, the task created and then the second client code added.
This increases the likelihood of documents going missing as most staff only use the task list not the documents in box.
We have 'lost' several documents as a result of this as staff do not always upload and add the task in the right order…3 votes -
ITS 51077 MergeField not picking up values
The mergeField is not picking quiet few fields when creating documents that can be used as templates. One of the examples is the UTR mergefield is not being picked up and the end users have to keep typing the UTR everytime the standard letter is created which would have been pciked up automatically by the merge field. This is quite unproductive and frustrating.

Display most recent linked email only
Would it be possible to only display the most recent linked email in the main search results rather than every one? The previous emails can be seen by clicking on the link number in any case.

Ability to edit a write off reason on a DRAFT bill.
When a bill is drafted with a write off a reason must be entered depending on system parameters. However it is impossible to edit this reason if it is an incorrect reason or you realise a new reason needs to be created in maintenance. This is when the bill is on draft so it all should be editable. The workaround of reducing the WO below the threshold, saving the bill, and then taking the WO above the threshold is really not a good workaround and can amend changing complex WIP allocations. Workflow homepage filters to be automatically added to colleagues' homepages
If I have edited my Workflow homepage control to remove a column such as deadline, and add another field from Field Chooser, such as tax year column instead, and my employee record is the ‘master’, when other employees go into their employee record and click on the homepage button to make them to same as mine, that change of fields isn’t coming through, they still get the deadline date and have to make those changes manually.

Add hours column to help with cilling descriptions, so you dont have to go elsewhere to run a WIP enquiry to get this info.

Billing support Documents
. It would be good to link the billing support documents (i.e. the random spreadsheets and wip reports) to a bill in such a way that they are accessible from the bill workflow and the billing tab? It would need to be possible to attach them after the bill was posted (e.g. as they were scanned in).

Workflow - create workflow on the creation of a draft bill
Whilst there is an option to start a workflow on the posting of a bill we would benefit from having an earlier start point when the bill is drafted so that it can be assigned to the appropriate staff member at the various stages.
It would need to be only at the point of the draft invoice being ok'd and not automatically on the creation of the billing wizard as sometimes these are aborted.
If it could follow into the 'Bill Posted' workflow that would be great but it it needed a new workflow created instead then that is not…
