Add Powerpoint files to the DM template
It would be really useful to be able to add Powerpoint files to the DM templates instead of just standard Word and Excel.

Ability to set default nominal code across all practice companies
We have set different nominal codes for each assignment, however, this only appears as the default for our main company. If we set up a new assignment and change the company to one of our sister companies the default nominal reverts back to "Fees". It would be a lot less work, and leave less room for error, if we could set the default to carry through all of our companies.

Need more Addressee Merge Fields
Add AddresseePref, AddresseeFirst, AddresseeMiddle, AddresseeLast name fields so letters can be addressed to specific addressees at companies without typing the prefix and name in.

Delete working papers created
When rolling forward working papers are created and filed automatically in DM, however, there is no option to delete the WP in DM if we have to delete an accounting period, which does happen, so we end up having a duplicate set of WP in DM

Creating PDF from document in the document center
When creating a PDF from a document in the document center, the only prompt is for Assignment and Job, can it also default to the "File name" and "Type" of the original file being converted. We are having to change these fields later on. It would be ideal to get the normal profiling window so we can set this as needed at the same time.

Password protection
There is no way to include a document password in the document properties. When you create an extra field for a password this means that there is only one password whereas incoming documents could have a different password from outgoing documents. If there was the ability to enter the password in the properties section of the document then passwords could be document specific

Be able to use Jobs and Schedules for Planner
In stead of having to add a schedule to each assignment you should be able to use both to input something onto employee planner

Disabling specific VAT rates on clients and billing
We have a number of VAT rates available on setup for client/supplier records and available for billing. Some of which are old and don't need to be used. Can we have the option to make unavailable specific VAT rates but keep the unused ones for historical reporting purposes. Examples of where are in the Client Tax Rates and Tax Rates options under File>Maintenance>Client/Supplier

Add next accounts made up to date in CCH Company Secretarial
Can the next accounts made up to date be populated from Companies House Data. The ARD and filing deadline are there but it would be very useful to be able to report on actual year end dates.

Issue with scaling on drop down filter menu in DM.
In Document Centre, when trying to filter in the search area, the drop down menu doesn't show the complete list. It's hard to explain without an image, but the list becomes transaparent and then only shows the items the mouse is selecting.
This is relating to a drawing issue affected by scaling in display settings for a specfic monitor. If the monitor is not set at 100% scaling, regardless of the resolution, then this appears to occur.

Invoice numbering not sorting correctly when invoice numbering reset in Fully Billing History
Our invoice numbering was reset due to a fault with Central and when we restored the numbering sequence to match our original invoices, the invoices that were created afterwards don't sort correctly in Full Billing History.
So instead of them following eg 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc (in ascending order) they might look like 5, 1, 2, 3, 4 where 5 is an invoice after the reset.

Ability to make specific associations limited to one per contact/client.
Would it be possible to have the ability to make an association limited to one per client/contact record? Similar to client and assignment team responsibilities where some can be marked for only one per client/contact.

When raising an invoice and using the 'estimate to complete' option, please can any jobs that have been closed be removed from the list? For example, we have an assignment called 'Monthly Accounts' and then there is a job under this assignment for every month of the year. We are over a year into using CCH and the list of every job is getting longer! in 4 years time, we are going to have to scroll through 4 years of monthly jobs when raising an 'estimate to complete' on an invoice which is not very user friendly!

Do not allow £0 bills to be sent to clients
It should not be possible to send out £0 bills (write offs) to clients or at the very least there should be a setting that can be ticked to disallow this.
Currently you have to rely on Accountants changing the method at stage 3 to Post and not email to prevent them being sent out but the Accountants don't actually send the bills so they don't pay much attention and can't be trusted to do this! There's also a big risk of human error here and on a number of occasions £0 bills have been sent out and we've had…3 votes -
Better Export Options from The system
It would be beneficial if we could export lead schedules from AA in excel format or word, so they can be used outside of the system where appropriate. It would be beneficial if we could export anything (such as the planning packs) to either word or excel.

Move the document management plugins folder out of Program Files
Currently every workstation prompts for an admin password when an update is installed that requires the document management plugins to be updated. Program Files (x86) is a restricted folder by default in windows and requires local admin rights to write to. Can we do something about this (maybe move the folder to ProgramData)? Going around every workstation is taking hours every time an update comes out.
