  1. This has been a known issue since October. Is there any timescale on a fix as this is increasing the time it takes to tag accounts which isn't ideal at one of the busiest times of year.

  3. When the WF is used to generate emails, it would be useful to be able to copy in specific CCH users to notify them that emails have been sent to clients.

    The copied in users are then pre-warned that client may contact them regarding the email that has just been sent.

  4. When finalising a year in accounts production the system locks the working papers so they can no longer be edited. However the document in working papers is linking to the document stored in the document centre which does not prevent edits being made to that document within here. Therefore the finalisation button and locking the working papers in accounts production is flawed. What would be good is that when finalising the documents are also automatically locked at the other end in the document centre at the same time so that you can view these as read only or be forced…

  5. Could you look into an issue I've been having recently where I can't generate PDFs of bills from the Bills Ready to Send section (either individually or in bulk)? I can generate PDFs of the same bill(s) if I go into each client individually in the Bills tab which is quite time-consuming if I have a lot to print.

    Generating PDFs from the Bills Ready to Send has always been possible until the last few weeks when error messages have been thrown up ("failed" and "unsafe macro") and our IT department has been involved without success. Unfortunately, I can't upload…

  7. When trying to share the rental income and expenses in CCH with clients, it only has the option to link another client who is a spouse. It would be helpful to be able to link clients who are not spouses - e.g. siblings.

  8. Encrypt or hides the SQL sa password contained in the lookup.xml file present on every copy of CCH Central.

    This is a huge oversight. Meaning any of our users can easily obtain our SQL sa password stored in plain text on every deploy folder and potentially destroy our SQL CCH DB.

  9. When generating a "Smart Report" using the "Year End" date from the client "Main" tab the report presents the date in day and month format, but drops off the year.

    It would be useful for the report to also show the year so that a list of year ends can be generated when the clients accounts are not being prepared through accounts production.

    Seeing as the field on the "Main" tab does require a year to be entered I can only assume the report would need to be slightly adjusted.

    I appreciate that this year would need to be manually…

  12. Finish implementing checking out to Microsoft 365 OneDrive.

    Currently the Office Add ins do not work when checking a document out to Microsoft 365 OneDrive for Business. A user has to manually check out and check back in a document from CCH DM directly.

  16. Since this update an extra fields warning pops up every time you file a document in CCH and change the Type - the pop up says "Type selection has changed the Extra Fields". I have been told that this is a new feature from the update that cannot just be switched off. If people are filing numerous emails and documents each day this pop up is going to (a) be very annoying and (b) cause extra time to file anything which adds up - its not acceptable that this cant be switched off. Please change this.

  17. We use Assignments, Workflows, Jobs, Unfortunately we cannot add a "Job" column and therefore although you have the workflow name you cannot tell which job it relates to.

  19. In testing when configuring a windows user profile to redirect the Documents folder to OneDrive this will result in errors and the inability to check out/open documents from within AA.

    Adding support for OneDrive redirected profiles would be very useful

  20. There is no way to include a document password in the document properties. When you create an extra field for a password this means that there is only one password whereas incoming documents could have a different password from outgoing documents. If there was the ability to enter the password in the properties section of the document then passwords could be document specific
