This is still an issue for our clients - they need to be able to CC other members of their own team (client side) into a reply. Same practice side, we should be able to CC other client users into an existing thread.
Is this being considered for a fix? -

A lot of our clients have mentioned that they expected this to be visible when they signed up for OneClick. Also, it would be useful if the portal could show which invoices are outstanding too.
