Ability to remove "requires approval"/pending requirement without deleting message/document.
When sending a document for approval through portal it sits as pending. Sometimes the approval is sought in other ways or is no longer required so the ability to remove the approval requirement and therefore the pending status would be useful for monitoring without deleting the record that the communication was sent or the document.

It would be useful to be able to retract documents from One Click. We have a few clients who will not approve documents via One Click, they will simply print them out and post them back to us. They then still get reminders to approve them which is annoying. Would be useful in these types of scenarios be able to retract the documents.

It would be very useful to remove the approval flag on a document that has been uploaded to the Portal. We have had occasions where the client has been unable to access the Portal for technical reasons and has been sent the document by email which has been approved by email. Similarly there are circumstances where the client can provide approval verbally when discussing the document. It looks unprofessional for a document that has been approved outside the Portal to still be showing as unapproved in the Portal.
