Notifications for comments on support cases
When you have an open case in the support portal, if an adviser add a comment to the case, you don't get a notification through, only if they send an email, which you can see at the right hand side in the case.
It seems it would be the most basic feature of a helpdesk that when there is an update the user gets an update.
This has led to calls getting closed with no resolution as they haven't had an answer back, I am no in the support portal all day to check if my case has been updated
