Remove automatic bill authorisation by Managers
Anyone with the 'Manager' responsibility can approve bills from the 'Bills to approve' homepage control - even if they have no authorisation given in the Employee record - it's coded into the software. With most practices now wanting only partners to approve bills this is rather dangerous! Can this please be removed so that only those employees with authorisation to approve bills given specifically in their employee record can approve and post bills?
