Support Cases
When submitting a support ticket please place the final SUBMIT button at the top of the screen. We know the button is conveniently placed at the bottom (and often off screen) after you display a list of possible solutions so that we will miss it and thus the ticket is not submitted. However this is really just wasting our time when we realise the ticket is not submitted.
If this is not your intention please re-position to avoid - otherwise(?)
