Welcome to the Feedback Forum for the CCH Central Suite of products. This area is for you to have your say on product enhancements or improvements that you’d like to see in future releases of the software. How can we improve CCH Central Suite?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Central ID Code sync

    Would there be any way to sync the Contact ID from Central to Co Sec. For some reason we are getting a few duplicate names recently and it is difficult to tell which is which in Co Sec.

    To be honest even in Central you end up having to open all as you cannot from the "find" tab distinguish them as DoB, middle name nor a suffix such as Snr are columns you can add. Mostly fathers and sons with exactly the same names!

  2. We would like to see that partner and assignment manager also gets synced to Cosec

    We would like to see partner and assignment manager also gets synced to cosec, otherwise over time when people have reassigned managers or partners these have not synced through
    Please can these fields be synced to Cosec/Central Sync
