  1. Can the next accounts made up to date be populated from Companies House Data. The ARD and filing deadline are there but it would be very useful to be able to report on actual year end dates.

  2. Can the residential and service addresses of PSC's be included in the "Compare at CH" tab in the same way as Directors' details? This will allow us to confirm that they are also up to date .

  3. Currently the dividend minutes and vouchers have to be downloaded then manually uploaded into document centre.

    Would be better to be able to save the files directly to document centre like say CCH accounts production can already.

  4. Currently CCH company secretarial produces minutes in .rtf format.

    When uploaded to the document centre, CCH cannot convert this to PDF using the button on the software to then push through One click. CCH doc centre can however convert .docx files toPDF.

    Please therefore give us the ability to save .docx files from CCH Co Sec

  5. When generating a stock transfer form it would be useful if the transfer date could be entered automatically.
