    There should also be an option to add further notes, such as !contact ... in my absence", or an auto-forwarder to another employee while they are away

    At the moment we can see who viewed a message uploaded in oneclick (via website - not central) which is handy for audit trail purposes. However, a similar read (date and time stamp) would be useful where a client might bypass the message tile and go straight to the documents tile on oneclick and just download / view the documents there. We find this is useful where we are uploading documents (e.g. monthly payroll) that do not require approval.

    We really need to be able to archive / make inactive old templates in WP so it i **** on the list to select. We cannot currently delete templates that have been used in the past.

    The standard profiling window should come up when activating working papers for accounts, so Assignment, and Job can be selected at the same time. This ensures consistency across the suite when we are putting anything into DM

    This is crucial. When we get a prompt to activate working papers we should get the DM profiling window pop up, that way we can specify the assignment / job / description as needed. Currently this is a separate tidy up exercise we have to do and it time consuming as there is usually a lot of working papers
