At the moment we can see who viewed a message uploaded in oneclick (via website - not central) which is handy for audit trail purposes. However, a similar read (date and time stamp) would be useful where a client might bypass the message tile and go straight to the documents tile on oneclick and just download / view the documents there. We find this is useful where we are uploading documents (e.g. monthly payroll) that do not require approval.
