Ability to alter the default Delivery Option in Defaults
When a new client is created in our system, the value assigned to the delivery options in the Defaults tab is always post and this has to be manually changed after the creation of the client.
We've been asked to make Email the default when a client is created instead of post but I've been told this is not a setting we are able to change from Post at present.
