Change Employee Category to count in hours rather than days for staff who do not work the same hours per day.
Due to covid we now have 3 members of staff who have changed to part time and do not work the same hours per day. CCH cannot cope with the balances now on leave for these staff.
Employee categories need a standard day in hours stipulating and the employee leave tab only accepts days.
So if a staff member works 7.5 hours on a Tuesday but only 4.5 days on a Wednesday, taking a day off requires less hours on a Tuesday.
Can employees like this revert their employee category and employee absence tab to hours only to show the carrying amounts correctly in the Leave balances?
