Workflow owner

Allow a change to workflow owner eg staff leave and have created workflow and some steps can default to the workflow owner

    We use workflow to track the job right from the start when the records come in... this means that the person kicking off the workflow is often NOT the person who will go onto work on the job. We currently have to delete the workflow and start it again with a 'new owner'. It would be so much easier if we could just amend the owner!
