Please can we have 64-8 produced from the software, so we can send to client for authorisation.
Is there any way the 64-8 can be produced from the existing database, will save lot of our time to do it manually, can send a copy to client for authorisation.

We are currently liaising with HMRC as to their future plans for the form 64-8/agent authorisation process. Once this has been clarified we will look to see how we can move this forward.

Is there any update on my request?
sometime the online code gets delivered very late, or some clients might be travelling due to their work commitments and it is a pain to get the codes. It makes life easier for us to get the 64-8 signed by those clients and get updated with HMRC. I am sure there might be some other accountants facing the same issue.
How long does it take for a software to do this? all the other softwraes in the market are still producing 64-8 as and when requested.
Can you please update me on this.
