Agree this would definately be useful and save client aggravation from continual activation requestes. . Also a colour for Suspended aswell, although it states on the actual client, it shows on the status column on client list as "Pending"..

n addition to the Job showing, on the To Do of a client you are unable to see what response was selected as it simply puts in "Complete" so there is no way of checking what response was put in once the workflow was completed.

Also the Job Target Date as a column would be extremely useful not just the Task Due Date. When you have numerous tasks highlighted red, you have to double check each job to see the target date within the client

On creating a mail merge document, as a huge number of clients do not have access to MS Word, can they be converted to PDF on creation to email out. Also it would be useful to be able to attach to an email template for bulk issue. Were advised by Support to raise the PDF creation.

We actually have a field in the Extra tab for this. This relates to my other suggestion in relation to colours in the OneClick User column of "Find Contacts/Client" and that in the Client Record which always shows "Green - Activated" even if the client has not activated and "Grey" in the "Find Contacts/Clients"
