  2. We would like the default delivery options - both for VAT invoices/bills and statements to be Email. Currently 'Post' is the default for all new clients - can we have a new config key so we can choose which option best suits our practice?

  3. Different lists in Central refer to Partner differently. In find client screen it is Partner, where as in Workflow it is Client partner. These should be consistent throughout the CCH suite.

  4. Could you add the ability to filter the tasks home page tool by Manager. All other responsibilities are there except Manager.

  7. In stead of having to add a schedule to each assignment you should be able to use both to input something onto employee planner

  8. Restrict access to employee records from the billing screen. Currently employee record can be accessed even though the permissions restrict in a different area

  9. When a new task code is created it automatically appears on any assignment template that uses codes and there ore has to be manually removed from those assignments that do not need/want that particular code. It would better if we were able to filter the addition of tasks just to the assignments we require.

  10. When opening a new assignment on a client it would reduce a lot of error if there was a pop up box to tell the user that other assignments on that client are set as Invoice and not RFP.
    We do have a report set up to monitor this but it can be too late if an assignment is opened and bill raised straight away.

  11. We have set different nominal codes for each assignment, however, this only appears as the default for our main company. If we set up a new assignment and change the company to one of our sister companies the default nominal reverts back to "Fees". It would be a lot less work, and leave less room for error, if we could set the default to carry through all of our companies.

  12. Due to covid we now have 3 members of staff who have changed to part time and do not work the same hours per day. CCH cannot cope with the balances now on leave for these staff.
    Employee categories need a standard day in hours stipulating and the employee leave tab only accepts days.
    So if a staff member works 7.5 hours on a Tuesday but only 4.5 days on a Wednesday, taking a day off requires less hours on a Tuesday.
    Can employees like this revert their employee category and employee absence tab to hours only to show the…

  13. i'm sure this must have been mentioned before but isn't it a bit stupid that the main tab has no field for the date of the enagagement letter for each client and a space to record what ID has been taken to comply with money laundering regs? this should also then link into things like accounts production? any reason why no one has kicked off about this before? one of many irks i'm afraid....

  14. When bulk importing receipts (Bookkeeping > Cash Posting > CSV Import,) there isn't the option to include the source of them - other than CSV
    - So we cannot report on how the receipt came in e.g. BACS
    It would be great to be able to include this, or change it from CSV.

  15. Can a WIP Enquiry that includes "Child" display the company name as an option. Currently you can only choose the Company code, which is not helpful if you have a number of Child entities.

  18. When an assignment is created, the assignment manager is automatically added to the client team that is visible to the client if they are on OneClick.
    It would make sense if they were also automatically removed from the client team when that assignment is closed or deleted.

  19. When an employee leaves the practice we should be able to disable their login without selecting a replacement. We will never replace one member of staff with another across the board, their client list is usually shared out amongst other employees. At the moment we have to select a replacement and then manually enter every single client to change it on the client team.
    Instead we should be able to disable their login without selecting a replacement, thus removing them from the "client team" (visible to clients on OneClick) on all clients.

  20. We would find it really useful if we were able to report on the last timesheet entry date by assignment in the same way that we are currently ably to do by client.

    This would then help with data cleansing exercises where we look at assignments that have not had any time charged to them say for over 12 months - i.e. assignment to close.

    Is there any development going on with Smart Reports at present and if so is this something that could be added to the wish list - i.e. adding the last timesheet entry data to assignment…
