Tidy up smart reports/reporting
Currently there are lots of reports in Smart reports/Reporting tab some of which are useful, some of which are pointless and unsuable for any meaningful information unless heavily edited. I can hardly ever get the information I need easily or at the click of a button.
When creating reports some fields are unreportable on, for example employee charge out rates, you can only report on them from a WIP perspective, not just pull a report to see whos rate is what. We should be able to report on every field in some way or another.
I personally can't see the reason for having two reporting fuctions either, have one and make it excellent rather than having two average ones.
