Ability to view users logged into the application at any given point in time
Sometimes a backup may need to be done during the day due to some planned activity. I need to be able to see who is logged in to get them out. All communication may have been sent out, some users may not remember and still be entering data. Then if a restore has to be done they would have lost any work entered during that time.
Given that the software is on-premise and hosted in your local environment, it is not possible for the software to recognise active users.
This will be considered as part of the development of our cloud solution.

I agree with Candice. When performing upgrades etc it would be very useful to see who is curently logged in. Also I was asked today by bosses how long a user had been logged into Central over the past week which i was unable to answer. I could only tell them when they logged in and our of their PC NOT Central.
Thanks

It would also be beneficial to see how many sessions the user has open (sometimes I end up with users who have two active sessions) and be able to terminate sessions from the server or a SuperUser account.... Because the method of:
Help>About>Product License Information>Finding the Section>Clicking Users>deleting the user is not reliable and its very cumbersome.
