We have just come across this issue aswell. We have 2 seperate companies in CCH Central to keep the tax returns secure. Opening up and making the Admin for iFirm a Superuser and giving them full access has meant that they now have access to the tax returns they previously couldn't see. 1 admin means a single point of failure, this needs reviewing asap

Hi, I've contacted support and they have told me to put my thoughts here. We have had to give Full Access to our iFirm admin and this has opened up the entire client base to them. Apparently this is correct according to ticket number 09465533 and there is no way round it. The iFirm admin is a single point of failure for iFirm and we can see all client's even though we have 2 companies set up. Happy to chat through with someone who has experience to help me sort this out.
