  1. Currently you cannot use AML for a person abroad even if they are a UK National if they do not have access to a UK mobile number begining +44.

    The system allows you to enter a different country code but on all clients we have tried with non-uk numbers, they do not receive any text message.

    An alternative AML product allows the AML request to be sent by e-mail which contains a QR code which the client can scan on their phone which avoids the issue of needing a +44 mobile number when clients are overseas.

  2. In CCH iFirm MTD for Income Tax there is no filter available on the client list. It would be useful to be able to filter out - or even hide - "contacts" that will never have any tax years created from "clients" with tax years set up.
