Thank you for responding. Sorry, I probably wasn't clear. I wasn't thinking about the data to be included in timesheets, just purely the creation of a weekly timesheet. So for example, it's the 29th September and it's month end tomorrow which we all know there are lots of activities that need to be carried out at month/year end. You then find that a proportion of the team haven't created this weeks timesheet and/or maybe previous week. It is usefuly, from a practice point of view, to be able to create these missing timesheets so they are created and sat on the employee record ready to complete. Working with the KPI monitoring service, reports could then be adapted to start alerting team where they have a timesheet created but not submitted or posted. I find that at month end, I have to create a few timesheets where they're missing and it would be handy to create, in bulk, uncreated timesheets for team where they haven't already done it. Hope that gives more infromation.
