  1. With only the option to delete a contact it is extremely frustrating to have to move documents from a contact to a client in document manager in order to delete them because you have to keep the documents for a certain period of time by law. These are contacts that we do not want to show up in reports anymore but may well be needed again in the future which if they are deleted means setting them up again and having to search for where their documents are to re attach them to the contact.

  2. we have many client organisations who have(for example) a director with 2 different email address - one is to be used for billing and the other one is to be used for accounts queries. This director is associated to the ltd company as billing contact and as accounts contact, however both associations pull through the same primary email address.
    We need to be able to select which email address is the primary for each association. e.g. when creating, the association of billing contact select Email 2, and when creating the association for Director select primary Email.

  3. Currently, the 'weekly' algorithm only allows you to choose Wk1 / Wk2 ... Wk 50 / Wk 52 etc. It would be more helpful if the algorithm could relate to a particular date e.g. 'week-ending' 4-Apr and it then repeated weekly by date moving forward.

  4. The abilty to pin a document in the client document centee would be really useful. For instance I have a document that i use each week for a client but over the last year it has fallen way down the page on the document screen due to other documents being uploaded to the client.

  5. We use the department filed in Central to distinguish our teams i.e. Large Audit, Small business, VAT, Payroll, Tax. This functionality would make workbooks more focused. To make it work at the moment we employ a batch update to an Extra field that sync with WB. This is a fudge workaround requiring regular team member intervention and time.

  7. When opening a client if ON HOLD this flags up for further investigation. An additional status like SEE NOTES then the flag/flash directs to any instruction re client

  8. currently, if you upload a PDF from 2019 then that is the created date that shows, however if you upload an email from the same date, the created date shows as today. Would be great if the created date could be the date of the actual email.

  9. Could we have a bulk update option for Office and Departments for Assignments similar to that on the Client tab's bulk update options? It doesn't really make sense to be able to update the client records but for each assignment that will need to be updated, we have to go in to each assignment on each affected client and manually update offices and/or departments which can easily take up a lot of time.

  10. Can we have the abilty to add an Employee to the Partnership tab, currently we have to create an employee record and a contact record.

  11. Ex-partners still appear in drop down searches even though the linked employee record is inactive. Having an inactive option in the Internal > Partners area would allow you to stop this.

  13. Export to excel - Calculated fields in the CCH Report should be included when the CCH report is exported.

    The only way to export the calculated fields is using the export at the top left of the screen then the whole spreadsheet comes over as a text file which has no value for data manipulation.

  15. I need the short description on milestones to be longer. It's impossible to write enough to be clear what the milestone is. Why does the long decsription not appear anywhere?

  16. When deleting a job, if there is a document in the job it doesn't do anything...no exception report. I would expect some message saying why it didn't do anything instead of having us guess.

  17. When you apply an end date to an address for a client a box pops up asking iof you want to apply the same date to EVERY client that doesn't have an end.
    This should be an admin function for when you move office and someting that is not availble to every user
    We have just had someone apply it to over 800 clients in error

  18. We quite often send out information to our clients using mail merge and would prefer to have the attachment as a PDF, for example, we are currently sending out weekly emails to keep our clients updated on the latest news. It would be really handy to be able to CC others into the email too.

  19. Having the ability to edit the type of relationship a record has with another record on the associated page.
    For example: Some users have incorrectly set up a relationship, they have chosen 'has mailing contact' where as it should be 'is mailing contact'. Having the ability to edit this would be useful because when the associated record has one click access the relationship cannot be deleted.

  20. The mergeField is not picking quiet few fields when creating documents that can be used as templates. One of the examples is the UTR mergefield is not being picked up and the end users have to keep typing the UTR everytime the standard letter is created which would have been pciked up automatically by the merge field. This is quite unproductive and frustrating.
