    You can build this report through reporting, however what you cannot do is see what date the client was invited as a reportable field so you know who has been sitting on it for over 2 weeks and chase them up.

    The report I use at the moment is Client Code, Name, Partner, Manager, Status = Activated, IsActivated = 0 to give the ones who are pending still.

  6. where the non activated users that have signed up for the Portal, can they get an automatic message reminding them to sign up
