Ability to add an Associated Contact to an existing thread where they were not included at the start.
Where a thread is set up and only includes some of the Associated contacts it is impossible to add further client Associations to the thread. It would be very helpful if this could be changed.

When you reply back to a message you can add other people into that chain

When you already have an existing OneClick message trail with a client and then need to include an associated contact this currently isn't possible. Reply and forward only allows you to include an employee.
It would be great to have this feature just as Outlook would.
