Ability for Reviewer to send as creator
We would like the OPTION for the person reviewing a message to send on behalf of the creator so the client sees the message from the creator rather than reviewer. As we understand it, currently a creator sends a message for review and the reviewer has the choice to send as them self or it requires that they send it back to the creator in review so that the message can then be sent from the creator. Often it would be easier if the reviewer could just approve and release the sending of message. (as raised at the southern user group)

The approval process for OneClick messages to clients is very inefficient and slow. The reviewer is required to take 10 or more actions to review and send a message back to the staff member who then in turn requires another 4 actions to send the message on to the client.
We would hope that a quick ‘Approve’ function could be added to either reply back to the originator or to just ‘Send As’ the member of staff once approved. Ideally there would be a choice for the reviewer of either action.

With this, it would also be helpful if any member of staff can send OneClick messages on behalf of another staff member. Ignoring the review process secretaries will often type emails (messages) and send from their inbox but on behalf of the partner.

We have a scenario in the office, where partners are too busy to deal with they OneClick messages.
We were going to allocate this work to other people. When replying to a or creating a new OneClick messages, how to we show it is from the partner and not the person sending it.
We want our clients to be able to see it is sent from the partner and not the name of the person sending.

It would be useful to be able to send a message on behalf of another as can be done in Outlook. When sending on behalf of someone else I am the sender but their's is the name at the foot of the communication however all the replies are coming to me as the originator of the communication (but not the content)
