  1. Rather than have employee users on the portal, the ability to create a "team" portal user where the employees have the access to the team portal. Personal tax team, Accounts team etc thus enable the messages to be picked up by more than user it was sent to.

  2. When typing a new portal message the cursor suddenly stops being in the window and you can't type until you click back in it. For touch-typists this is very frustrating. Presumably this happens when portal refreshes

  3. When you upload a document to the Portal, you choose which client contacts have permission to access it. However you cannot easily see which contacts have permission to view a file, and once a document is uploaded you cannot then give access to another contact at the same client.

    We need to be able to view the file permissions, and also have the ability to edit them if required.

  5. When a client accesses the Portal, it would be great to have thier outstanding bills displayed, each with a button to send payment. That payment could then be fed through internally, associated with the bill number for ease of processing internally.

  6. There is a system for new portal messages to be sent for review. As far as I can see there is, however, no way to mandate a review. The only task permission I can see is to allow a user to send a portal message or not.

    There should be a task permission to 'Draft a message' seperate to 'Sending a Message' or perhaps one which says that the message must be reviewed. Perhaps this could be linked to a responsibility type such as partner and manager of that client, or maybe using the reports to... . Ideally there needs…

  7. We have not even finished migrating to OneClick and already have found a backward step!

    For bills that were emailed, we previously had our billing email address stored as the primary emal address, so that when raising a bill that was set to be delivered by email by default, it automatically generating an email to the correct email address.

    OneClick migration has meant that we have, in certian circumstances removed an individuals' email address from the business' primary email addressa and as such, can no longer gererate an email template by default to the correct email address.

  8. It would be useful to see the activation date in the message centre for portal clients to judge if / when a resend is required

  9. It would be helpful to be able to add the client name and code fields to the notification so reviewers can see which client the review is for.

  11. When printing messages from CCH Central that the client has sent using the Portal, currently we can only print the entire thread unless we copy and paste into Word. Would it be possible to print individual messages?

  12. Setting out of office with in Central only allows us to set a date. Is it possible to allow us to type in a message as well or have it link to Outlook?

  13. With the Portal becoming our main point of Contact with Clients.
    It would beneficial to have the ability to print off sections of a portal conversation rather than printing the entire message chain.

  14. When uploading a large file it would be useful to know the status of the upload either time or % as to give the portal user an indication of how long it will take.

  15. Some of our less tech savvy clients have needed help in locating their activation email (checking SPAM filters etc) and it would really help us if there was more detailed message tracking so we could see when the message was delivered to the user.

  16. We can send messages via portal to our clients using Japanese / Chinese characters however if the clients reply to us in the same language we can only see boxes and indecipherable text. Please provide suppport for other languages in CCH Portal.

  18. Facilitate to request approval of documents generated within Company Secretarial would be a natural extension of OneClick,especially given data often included in such documents.

  19. There should be a facility to push the MTD VAT spreadsheet from DM to CCH OneClick as currently you have to save the MTD VAT spreadsheet somewhere else (e.g. desktop) so that it can be uploaded from CCH OneClick.

  20. Whilst these can be collapsed to give more space on screen, it would be helpful if the user could customise the order of these - at present they show in alphabetical order.
