Multiple (team) Portal Users
Rather than have employee users on the portal, the ability to create a "team" portal user where the employees have the access to the team portal. Personal tax team, Accounts team etc thus enable the messages to be picked up by more than user it was sent to.

Unfortunately this does not fit with the current strategy for Messages and Documents and will therefore not be pursued at this time.

Rather than create a team as a new portal user it would be useful to add a team under the responsibility tab for a client, rather than having to add each individual.
