Ability to delete contacts

We will need the ability to delete contacts to comply with data retention guidelines. It will also be useful for any spurious contacts that have got synced up to iFirm.

    Hi David,

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are looking into this and will provide this capability once we can be certain that the controls are in place for not deleting contacts in use within the CCH iFirm compliance applications.

    In the meantime, there may be a way we can help for specific contacts that you have identified if you contact support with the details.
