Welcome to the Product Feedback Forum for CCH iFirm. This area is for you to have your say on product enhancements or improvements that you’d like to see in future releases of the software. Enter your product idea to see and vote on related ideas or add your own idea for other customers to view and vote on.

How can we improve CCH iFirm?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Ability to delete contacts

    We will need the ability to delete contacts to comply with data retention guidelines. It will also be useful for any spurious contacts that have got synced up to iFirm.

  2. Notification Emails

    We have recently been using the CCH iFirm for our AML checks. We have recently started receiving automatic emails stating whether the check has been completed or not.

    Software should have an option for user not to receive notification emails. Would be enabled with a tick box option in the user profile.
