Of about a dozen requests sent to clients about 60% have failed for one reason or another. This means I have to investigate and advise client and/or seek alternative methods. I am therefore having to builds a Frequently Asked questions or Frequent Errors and how to prevent them document - all something CCH or AplyID should do for us as they should know.
As I have an outstanding support ticket on this subject for over a week now I am marking the priority as low because I am looking for a better alternative software provider for this. I would have added a request for a better AML system but that seems irrelevant for me now.
