Add more than 240 characters in the 'comments' box on workflows
Currently, if you add more than 240 characters using the 'comments' option to a workflow progress box, no warning appears.
If you go into & out of the comments box, the full comment remains.
However, if you close down the workflow & open it again, any characters beyond 240 are not saved.
I use this for noting if I have chased the client for records etc & to keep track of progress, but noticed that some of my longer comments were finishing mid-sentence when I went back to them.

In pick list on workflow view don't include inactive workflows in the choice
When you have the table on one of your views there is a pick list in the bottom right. The list includes all workflows, even those that are inactive.
Please could those be hidden if there is a tick in the maintenance screen to make them inactive. It would hide unused workflows and previous versions that are not needed.

Be able to filter (eg office) on PT Batch update workflow and show the client name
You can batch update a PT workflow using Maintenance - Central workflow - Personal Tax - Batch update workflow but when you choose the step you want to update/the result you are just shown a list of client codes and you can't tell who the client is and aren't able to filter this by office or any other parameter.
The Batch assign workflow to Tax Returns option has a filter screen initially and then it shows the client name next to the code. Can we please have the same on the Batch update workflow option? It is impossible to sign…

Microsoft Power Platform Connector
CCH product Team it would be good to see a CCH Connector in to Microsoft Power Platform i.e. Microsoft Power Automate or Microsoft Power BI or even Microsoft Power Virtual Agent that would allow Microsoft to connect CCH Central.
For example several client onboarding tasks should be able to be completed by using a flow from Microsoft Dynamics in to CCH Central.
