  1. Would it be possible to have the option to turn off the duplication of receipt number check when uploading cash transactions or making transfers ? Our team are currently experiencing the below issue:

    1. When posting, using the CSV spreadsheet to CCH, any 2 receipts with similar references and similar amount
      Gets confused by CCH and will only post one of the receipts and then come up with an error message of
      Duplicate posting.

    2. If you then try to post the other receipts separately, with the same reference, it won’t let you. Even when you
      Alter the reference slightly it won’t…

  3. To convert a client to a contact instead of getting error "unable to do so because of assignments".
    We still need to AML directors/shareholders of limited companies, who no longer have self assessment or wish to do their tax return themselves. Currently have to close the client and then create as a contact.

  4. We would like the ability to assign a Task to more than 1 employee. Currently only 1 employee can be assigned a task but can we have the possibility to add more than 1 person?

  5. Would you like Wolters Kluwer to look at integrating CCH Central and/or CCH iFirm into Microsoft 365 so you can send documents directly to OneDrive and use that as a preferred document storage solution

  6. When you create a template in CCH which has database fields you are also able to see extra fields in this list.
    If you put your extra fields in groups they no longer appear.
    We would like all extra fields in all groups to be added to the database field drop down

  8. Is there any way where emails created from CCH Central can include an encryption option? Currently, we use Egress in Outlook, however in CCH, that function seems to be nor available when an email is generated from CCH.

  9. we have many client organisations who have(for example) a director with 2 different email address - one is to be used for billing and the other one is to be used for accounts queries. This director is associated to the ltd company as billing contact and as accounts contact, however both associations pull through the same primary email address.
    We need to be able to select which email address is the primary for each association. e.g. when creating, the association of billing contact select Email 2, and when creating the association for Director select primary Email.

  10. Currently, the 'weekly' algorithm only allows you to choose Wk1 / Wk2 ... Wk 50 / Wk 52 etc. It would be more helpful if the algorithm could relate to a particular date e.g. 'week-ending' 4-Apr and it then repeated weekly by date moving forward.

  11. Can we have the abilty to add an Employee to the Partnership tab, currently we have to create an employee record and a contact record.

  12. The mergeField is not picking quiet few fields when creating documents that can be used as templates. One of the examples is the UTR mergefield is not being picked up and the end users have to keep typing the UTR everytime the standard letter is created which would have been pciked up automatically by the merge field. This is quite unproductive and frustrating.

  13. If I have edited my Workflow homepage control to remove a column such as deadline, and add another field from Field Chooser, such as tax year column instead, and my employee record is the ‘master’, when other employees go into their employee record and click on the homepage button to make them to same as mine, that change of fields isn’t coming through, they still get the deadline date and have to make those changes manually.

  14. As we use some customised job names we can't use the Roll Forward facility because you can't customise the algorithm. This would be useful in both saving time for regular jobs (ie monthly roll forward) and would ensure that the same format is being used by all staff

  15. When you run a report eg balancing descending this works, when you run the client list based on this report in order to mail merge, it creates the list in alphabetical format rather than by balance descending as the original report has done. In order to select a group of clients you need to be able to view both reports at the same time and scroll up and down to select your merge group

  17. Could a "Next Accounts due" field be added to the main tab and could a "Check with Companies House & Update" button be added similar to that in many Company Secretarial software programs. If you could also "bulk check and update" these fields this would make tracking of deadlines far simpler and avoid having to keep the same information in multiple places and manually updating it.
