Employee Permission Settings for Extra Fields Should be in the Same Place as Other Permissions
I am setting up an employee permissions for the first time and could not enable permissions for the extra fields. Once support got in touch it transpires that there is a separate area for these permission. It would be more helpful to have all permissions in the same area.

Allow file rename at point of upload
We're OneClick and DM users and most of our letters are generated from templates. By default they are created with the template filename and when uploaded this is seen by the client in the OneClick folder. Whilst its name can be changed at the point of letter creation, this is often overlooked so the ability to change at the point of upload is essential.

Message Centre - Scrolling on messages overall rather than within each message
Get the old style scrolling ability in the messages centre that we had for portal. There are now scrolling bars within the messages itself which is annoying

Cursor jumps out of the window when typing new message
When typing a new portal message the cursor suddenly stops being in the window and you can't type until you click back in it. For touch-typists this is very frustrating. Presumably this happens when portal refreshes

Notification when documents have been approved
The Messages & Documents screen on the home page in CCH does not allow it to be further customised to show which documents have been approved, and for all staff members to see this. We are currently unbale to track of which documents have been approved. Need to add this to the messages section in the Home page or allow for another section to be added to the Home screen showing documents approved.

By not changing facilities
Once a message was typed in One Click, you could press the tab key and it would go to the send button, now you can't - why take this facility away?

Integration with Company Secretarial
Facilitate to request approval of documents generated within Company Secretarial would be a natural extension of OneClick,especially given data often included in such documents.

On client UI, remove tickbox for document approval when only 1 document is attached.
When a client has multiple items to approve, the tickbox functionality works perfectly, as they may want to approve some / reject others, etc.
However, when only 1 document is present in a message to approve, can the tickbox be supressed and the approval button to work directly, as this is causing some confusion with clients.

Tick box on the message Centre
A tick box on the message centre to show if the attachments contained within a message have been uploaded to the document centre would be very handy.

Allow client to set out of office on portal
One of our clients have asked how we know if one of their portal users is away to avoid us sending a message to them that could sit unactioned for a long period of time?
They would like it if they had the ability to set an out of office type setting in their end of the portal, or, I guess if they have an out of office on the email they use for notificiations that this could be forwarded back into the portal so that we receive notification that they are away?

Be able to move messages & documents between clients
In situations where one client has multiple companies, that they are seeing under one log-in, it would be really useful if we could not only move documents between designated folders, but move them between physical companies/clients.
This would be really useful if clients accidentally upload documents to the wrong company and we then can't do anything about it to ensure tidy housekeeping of their files.

OneClick Message Inbox doesn't pick up replies to uploader when not listed in client team
OneClick allows documents to be uploaded by anyone staff member even if they are not listed in client team. Clients can then reply to these staff but (presumably) as they are not listed in staff panel on client record they do not receive the message into their OneClick inbox on home screen. Can this be remedied?

Size of text in notes
The text is really small and therefore difficult to enter accurately> could we not have soemthing to change the text size?

Client / Advisor Photo
This is great to show the communication trail clearly, however not all users will do this, it would be great if the icon showed the users initials where they have not added a photo - a bit like an iMessage on apple devices

Messages and Documents Swin Lanes
Whilst these can be collapsed to give more space on screen, it would be helpful if the user could customise the order of these - at present they show in alphabetical order.

The ability to have multiple Clientspace Branding for portal
In CCH you can operate under separate branding by using different companies in client set up. This is good.
The problem is you only get 1 Clientspace to cover your separate branding. This is stopping us roll out CCH portal for all our clients.5 votes -
Have association next to name when selecting a portal message
The relationship (association) should be displayed next to name of the contact when selecting the person a portal message will be sent to. This will ensure the wrong message is not sent to the wrong person (e.g. Director or payroll manager).

It would be useful to see the activation date in the message centre for portal clients to judge if / when a resend is required

the window showing documents isn't configurable and it would be useful to have the doc id and description visible
