Client / Advisor Photo
This is great to show the communication trail clearly, however not all users will do this, it would be great if the icon showed the users initials where they have not added a photo - a bit like an iMessage on apple devices

I got round this by creating a logo (eg Admin, Manager, Partner etc) and saving as jpeg and then uploading that so now all the staff have their role logo against their name but no photo - initials could work in the same way
