Just to add weight to this request - although the message centre shows the bounce back, which is addressed to all client team members, it only appears in 1 recipient's Inbox so is easily missed. An email notification addressed to the client manager would be much better.

When a message is received from a client an email notification is received. However if a message is sent to a client and it is bounced no such email is received.
