Portal Message Centre for Un-activated clients
Would it be possible to diable the ability to send portal messages to contacts who are yet to activate their portal?
At the moment, as long as you have sent them the activation link, regardless of whether they have activated or not, you can send a message.

Maybe rather than disable the message centre, just make it very obvious if the client is activated or not, and maybe add a pop up asking if you're sure you want to send to unactivated account?

This would hurt circumstances where you wish to send documents out but don't want to wait for the client to activate.
E.g. - First time portal user, you have draft accounts to send but don't want to wait until they're enabled, so you can send over and then when they activate it is waiting for them, shortening your to-do list.

You can build this report through reporting, however what you cannot do is see what date the client was invited as a reportable field so you know who has been sitting on it for over 2 weeks and chase them up.
The report I use at the moment is Client Code, Name, Partner, Manager, Status = Activated, IsActivated = 0 to give the ones who are pending still.
