Automatically convert documents to PDF for Portal
If a user tries to publish a word document to portal they should get the option to convert to a PDF at the upload stage rather than have to create a PDF collection first

Within our firm we have developed an update to the workflow protocol to address this. We have added an additional filter on the Extra tab and when this updated to show the portal as the default method for correspondence, an additional step is added to the workflow to convert the document to PDF before locking. We can provide extra info on this if needed.
