Custom merge fields in message templates
Templates - can we have the ability to create our own merge fields as managers would like their qualifications on the sign off. We would also like to be able to add a field that pulls through the CT filing deadline (i.e. 9 months and 1 day)

Add recipients during e-sign setup
We need to be able to edit recipients so that we can add a recipient in whilst setting the signing prompts. At the moment, if you realised there are two signing whilst you are in the document, you have to start the whole process again.

Manual reminders sent to client
We need to be able to RESEND a document as a reminder to the client to sign – it would be preferable that we do this manually so it is easier for the client to locate in the inbox after a reminder phone call. We DO NOT want automated reminders as this annoys clients.

Several clients have said that the signature is unprofessional so please can the CHANGE SIGNATURE OPTION BE MADE MORE OBVIOUS, as currently you have to click on the auto signature to get the Change signature option up.

At the final “FINISH” step we found we had to turn the phone horizontal to be able to fully see FINISH instruction. Please can the visibility be made better so it can be clearly seen on a mobile phone as most clients use their phones to complete the e-Sign process

Visibility on a phone is difficult and when you click the arrow to take you to the signing prompt you still have to scroll down to view the signing prompt area and this is not obvious to most clients. Please can it go directly to the signing prompt to avoid any confusion.

The e-Sign and Submit and navigating arrows Icons are not obvious on a mobile phone. Can the arrows be replaced with the word NEXT and the e-Sign Icon needs to say E-Sign, rather than being a pen symbol as this is not obvious what the icon actually is.

Please can you put the 2FA options in a different order so that SMS is the first option, the Authenticator App 2nd and the E-mail last (this is because most clients are not yet familiar with the Authenticator App

Internal e-signing within central
Since the introduction of internal e-signing we have trialled putting the accounts report to be e-signed by partner once the client has e-signed the accounts. It isn't practical for the partner to log in to the portal via Browser, locate the message and e-sign the document, it's too time consuming.
This feature would be great if it were in Central and the employees signature be applied with a few clicks.

Bulk suspension / deactivation
Just as there is a bulk activation option, there should also be a bulk deactivation too.
We have almost 200 clients to remove Oneclick functionality for and this looks to be an incredibly laborious exercise.
There also needs to be a way to suspend / delete Oneclick accounts silently without sending any notifications spamming the client!!
Currently the system want to email each contact x each role x each client as per https://help.wolterskluwer.co.uk/Customers/s/article/CCH-OneClick-Why-did-my-suspended-client-receive-multiple-emails-advising-that-they-had-been-suspended.

When there is a signing order, emails should only be sent once the document can be signed.
At the moment, if you set up the signing order 1,2,3, all 3 people get the notification to e-sign at the same time. However, if person 3 logs in, they cannot sign it yet. It would be better if the email was only generated at the point where the document is actually ready to be signed by that person.

With all the enhanced CDD we need to do. We have to ask our overseas clients to send us a video of them with their photo ID. We would have expected this could be done through the portal but it appears it can't

More descriptive password prerequisites for OneClick account creation
Client struggled to set password on a new OneClick account on the account creation page for multiple days because they were using the £ symbol.
Message they had was just "special symbol". They were confused because they were using one and so thought they were doing it correctly. This issue is simple, the error message is vague and there isn't any instructions on the page as to what symbols are/aren't allowed.
Interestingly when a OneClick user is going through the password reset process and they use an invalid symbol there the error that is displayed is "The password contains invalid…

Ability to select employee sending for documents requiring approval
As we have different employees dealing with tasks within workflows the person sending a document for approval may not be the person that needs to action the next task after approval. This is would also be helpful if a Client's normal manager/employee contact is off sick or on holiday, that another employee can send documents for approval on their behalf and those approvals go back to the manager/employee contact. Support suggested that I use this platform as it was a good idea.

Just one document approval email
If we send a message to a client with 4 documents requiring approval, and the approval reminder service is switched on, it would be better if just one reminder email was sent to the client. Rather than them being bombarded with 4 separate emails all saying exactly the same thing. The emails are not specific to the document anyway so there is no need for several, it just annoys the clients.

Document tile should be removed and access via folder on side menu
When a client logs in they see a tile that says messages & documents, they click this then to 2 tiles one says messages and one is documents. Although the ability to hide documents to approve tile has been given, it still means client have to drill done 2 levels to access messages and can still get side tracked by the documents tile. The documents tile should be removed as there is already access to the documents folder in the side bar, or it should be renamed "Document Library" so clients are not tempted to click there rather than the…

Green / Grey Circle also needs an alternative
For users that are red/green colour blind, identifying the difference between grey and green is extremley difficult.
ideally in the field chooser having the wording one click status to be 'activated' or 'pending' would be a suitable alternative for those who cannot differentiate the circle colour.7 votes
