Welcome to the Product Feedback Forum for CCH iFirm. This area is for you to have your say on product enhancements or improvements that you’d like to see in future releases of the software. How can we improve CCH iFirm?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Make the CCH iFirm Authentication Token last for more than 30 days

    It should not be necessary to refresh the authentication token in Central every 30 days. This should last longer, perhaps the same as the HMRC token which is 18 months.

  2. More meaningful error messages for MTD submisions

    It would be very helpful if Ifirm would give specific reasons for the error messages. So actually give the postcode or name that HMRC have rather than just give an error message
