Add hours column to help with cilling descriptions, so you dont have to go elsewhere to run a WIP enquiry to get this info.

Billing support Documents
. It would be good to link the billing support documents (i.e. the random spreadsheets and wip reports) to a bill in such a way that they are accessible from the bill workflow and the billing tab? It would need to be possible to attach them after the bill was posted (e.g. as they were scanned in).

Employee Planner order setting
Employee planner has recently been updated so the order of employees and employee categories is now alphabetical rather than by id number. Please can you add this as a setting or option in maintenance perhaps as we prefer the original setting. Thanks

Group Tab - Ad Hoc Entries
Since 2019.3 we now have displayed Ad Hoc entries on the group tab which are meaningless to the client. Historically we allocated a number of WIP entries to Est To Complete via a nil bill across multiple clients.
Because of this we now have meaningless Ad Hoc Parent and Child references which we cannot remove.
Please can we have the facility to remove these Ad Hoc entries as appropriate.

Payment terms / days - to be set at transaction (invoice) level
We would like to be able to apply different payment terms to specific types of fees that we issue to clients such as payroll fees.
It would therefore be really helpful if we could apply the payment terms / days at transaction level when raising an invoice (say in Stage One of the Billing Wizard) overriding any default payment terms / days that have been applied at client level.
This will then really help with our credit control process some of which is now automated and free up even more of our credit controllers time.

Billing Tab Layout changed since last update would like it back to before.
The latest update has change the amount of invoices on view when you go to the billing tab. You only see the last three invoices and need to scroll down to see any more. Before the last update you could see about 8 or more not sure why this has changed.

wip approval items homepage control
Since 2019.1 update, expenses and timesheets to approve are 2 different options. Previously they were available as 1 selection. Can an option be added to show both at the same time.

Update Timesheet details when filing to DM
I think it would be useful if, when filing an email or document, you could also update your time sheet at the same time so that the same description can be pulled through on both.
As is stands we are duplicating time on these tasks.

Repeat Billing - to allow both estimate to complete and misc charge on one bill
We should be able to add a misc charge and estimate to complete on the same bill when using the repeat billing facillity.

extra narrative field for cash book payments
Can we have an extra field for cash book payments? At the moment all payments have the same narrative as what is typed in the description box but if you are wanting to split the payment to different nominals, it would be good to have an extra field so each transaction has more detail.

Allow expense sheet comments to be exported
It would be helpful for reporting if the comments on an expense sheet would be included in the export. We use Twinfield and so would also need the option to limit the comments box to 40 characters or for the export to cut it at 40 characters

WIP enquiry screen layout - customisations being lost
Currently it is possible to view the WIP enquiry screen from either the client record or an assignment record.
Most of the time our users do this from the client record and they have customised the layout accordingly - i.e. comments column added, WIP grouped by assignment and job. Occasionally though there is a need to view the WIP enquiry screen from an assignment record say when viewing an assignment based report that has a tag for the assignment WIP enquiry screen - clicking on the link.
The problem is when viewing the WIP enquiry screen from an assignment record…

Descriptions in Central do not export line by line into Twinfield even in 2019.3
Sales invoices which are now automated export in 2019.3 still do not export the descriptions, line by line into Twinfield. The description only comes over in the 1st line only.
This is the same with expenses.
After each export, we have to go into each transaction and enter the description into the blank field as the transaction history is blank when users are looking for an analysis of a nominal code.

Staff expense attached documents new in 2019.2 to export to Twinfield
With the new employee expense sheet ability in 2019.2 to add a document, we have achieved this in Central, but have an additional request. We use Twinfield and export our expenses out of Central into Twinfield purchase ledger which are posted directly to nominals. Can the attached document in Central export to Twinfield and be able to view from the cost posted in Twinfield on the nominal account?

A major selling point of CCH was its Time Recording system, if I have to go back to a spreadsheet when I am travelling the world, it kind of defeats the benefit
