Ability to report Employees' Departments list when more than one in the Employees' record
We would like to be able to report our employees' department list when more than one in the primary record for GDPR purposes. We set up various departments to restrict employees' access under GDPR rules 3 years ago, however we are unable to pull a report showing all the departments listed under each employee's records. Currently the report is only showing us the first line which is the 'primary' ticked department and not the others.

Extra fields for contacts (like clients) and jobs (like workflow)
Can we have configuration keys to enable extra fields to be visible for field chooser in these 2 areas too:
- Contacts (find contact screen) like we have for clients

This is a huge oversight. Meaning any of our users can easily obtain our SQL sa password stored in plain text on every deploy folder and potentially destroy our SQL CCH DB.

Extra fields improvements
I think it would be useful if you could change the order of Extra field groups and extra fields within the groups, I also think it would be useful if we could have extra fields that we can assign based on the entity of the client rather than being forced to have the extra fields on all clients

Access to the customer community direct from Central without another password
Prior to the new customer community being launched it was far easier to log calls and view the support area. I don't understand why I have to keep finding and adding a customer support username & password every time I want to use this, particularly when I am clicking on a link within central. We never used to have to. Why doesn't central identify me as a valid user without the need to keep adding a password - I have already used various passwords to use CCH.

We are working on how we can resolve this to make it a more seamless log in experience.
For now you can you use your browser to remember your log in and password credentials to enable a more seamless experience.

Genders
There are currently only two genders (Male/Female). Please could you arrange for this to be expanded so that we can fit our clients into the correct description? As this is a protected characterstic under the Equality Act we would like this to be implemented ASAP.

You should have a setting whereby you collapse the folders (job and assignments) on doucment Centre
On document Centre you shouldnt have to scroll or go through a number of pages. There should be an option to collapse or expand all folder.

A preview of the bill narative within the billing main screen would make approval much quicker...

Pinning documents to the top of a clients document centre
The abilty to pin a document in the client document centee would be really useful. For instance I have a document that i use each week for a client but over the last year it has fallen way down the page on the document screen due to other documents being uploaded to the client.

Flag client
When opening a client if ON HOLD this flags up for further investigation. An additional status like SEE NOTES then the flag/flash directs to any instruction re client

The ability to bulk update office and/or department on assignments
Could we have a bulk update option for Office and Departments for Assignments similar to that on the Client tab's bulk update options? It doesn't really make sense to be able to update the client records but for each assignment that will need to be updated, we have to go in to each assignment on each affected client and manually update offices and/or departments which can easily take up a lot of time.

Add inactive option to internal partner list to remove ex-partners
Ex-partners still appear in drop down searches even though the linked employee record is inactive. Having an inactive option in the Internal > Partners area would allow you to stop this.

Export to excel
Export to excel - Calculated fields in the CCH Report should be included when the CCH report is exported.
The only way to export the calculated fields is using the export at the top left of the screen then the whole spreadsheet comes over as a text file which has no value for data manipulation.

No exception report when deleting job
When deleting a job, if there is a document in the job it doesn't do anything...no exception report. I would expect some message saying why it didn't do anything instead of having us guess.

Enable the use of PDFs in email mail merge
We quite often send out information to our clients using mail merge and would prefer to have the attachment as a PDF, for example, we are currently sending out weekly emails to keep our clients updated on the latest news. It would be really handy to be able to CC others into the email too.

Ability to edit an associated relationship
Having the ability to edit the type of relationship a record has with another record on the associated page.
For example: Some users have incorrectly set up a relationship, they have chosen 'has mailing contact' where as it should be 'is mailing contact'. Having the ability to edit this would be useful because when the associated record has one click access the relationship cannot be deleted.27 votesThanks for taking the time to add this to UserVoice.
