It is really misleading as once an activation link has been sent to a Client, the OneClick status in their actual record shows green and activated withthe green/blue symbol. This has misled colleagues to assume the CLient is fully up and running wheras the Client search window will show the target still as grey until they actually complete the sign-up. It would be much better if the staus on their record could be 'Pending' or 'Waiting for Client to sign up' with the target symbol showing as grey in the same way.

Also I have just discovered that when you run a Report on Portal Activation staus it returns 'Activated' for anyone who has been sent the link whether they have actually signed up or not. Given that our activation link is set to expire after 7 days this is also really misleading. Surely it isn't difficult to change the status to read Pending, given that that is in the system once you have gone into the Client's record and clicked on the 'OneClick Features' link?
